User Management​

First, we'll establish secure authentication through Single Sign-On (SSO). Our onboarding guide supports seamless integration with industry-leading providers including Okta, Azure AD, PingIdentity, and OneLogin. Your team will be able to access the platform using their existing corporate credentials, maintaining your security standards while eliminating password fatigue.

Once SSO is configured, we'll streamline your user management through our SCIM API. Instead of manually managing user accounts, you can sync your existing identity provider with our platform, ensuring your user directory stays current automatically.

After your users are provisioned, you'll need to grant them appropriate access levels through our licensing system. Licenses control which content users can access, what features they can use, and what actions they can perform. We will provide you with licenses based on the commercial agreement you have with us.
