AlphaSense Enterprise Intelligence is a secure, end-to-end generative AI-powered market intelligence platform that unlocks critical insights from a universe of premium external and your proprietary internal content.

AlphaSense offers multiple deployment options to meet varying security and compliance requirements:

  • Software as a Service (SaaS): Our standard offering, hosted and managed by AlphaSense
  • SaaS with Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): Standard offering with customer-managed encryption keys
  • SaaS with Bring Your Own Bucket (BYOB): Standard offering with customer-managed encryption keys and customer document storage is hosted in client buckets
  • Private Cloud: Full deployment within your cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Core Features​

Access AlphaSense's premium content library of 300M+ business research documents through secure mTLS (mutual authentication Transport Security Layer) connectivity. Your internal content never leaves your network - search requests for AlphaSense content are encrypted and routed through an allowlisted Enterprise Gateway, with results delivered back through a private, secure mTLS network.

Security & Compliance​

AlphaSense maintains ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications, ensuring the highest standards of security practices. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit following the FIPS 140-2 standard, while SAML 2.0 support enables secure authentication. We conduct regular third-party penetration testing to validate our security measures, and provide complete network isolation for internal content. Our comprehensive auditing capabilities are available through internal proxies or cloud vendor IDS/IPS systems.

Enterprise-Grade Access Control​

Our platform offers SSO integration alongside flexible permission management and content entitlements.
